How quickly will my order arrive?

Shipping times depend on your location. An estimated arrival date should be gauged when you click on a products info, even before you add it to your cart.

I use a couple print providers to ensure the highest quality and best priced products. All products in my shop are made-to-order leading to less waste and energy. Depending on your products, my printing partners may take between 2 - 7 days to create your products. 

These 2-7 day processing times, unfortunately are in addition to shipping times. Thank you for your patience in production time as it alleviates a great deal of waste, while allowing you more options per product type. 

If you have not received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please fill out the Contact Us form with your name and order number, and I will happily look into it for you.

How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive emails to update you when your order has been placed, fulfilled, shipped, and when it has been delivered. If an item is out of stock, it will be put on hold and you will be notified so you can then make whatever choice is right for you. 

Updates on sticker orders will only be sent when your order has been placed and shipped.

My order hasn't arrived

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping rates are used and updated daily. If you would like to take advantage of our free shipping, remember to have a minimum of $50 in your cart before checking out. 


Where are my products made?

All products are made in North America, with multiple fulfillment locations to assist in faster shipping times, lower shippig costs, and decreased CO₂ emissions.

How durable are your products?

I personally test out every product before launching it on my site. All products on my site are items that have my personal stamp of approval and are good quality.

Why do some of my new shirts have a vinegar smell?

The inks used in printing are water-based and eco-friendly, requiring a special solution that may leave behind a scent or slight discoloration. If this is the case, please simply wash your new product. Your shirt will smell fresh and clean after the first wash.


Is your packaging recyclable?

I have made sure to use manufacturers that use PCR (post consumer recycled) plastic in every order. Depending on the warehouse, att least 50% of packaging is being reused.

How eco-friendly are your products?

All products are created using direct to garment printing (DTG) to avoid the large amounts of water and plastisol inks used in screen printing. Your products are made after you order, helping to decrease the high volume of fashion textile waste from unpurchased products.

All products use Oeko-Tex™ certified ink (safe to print on children’s clothing and reduces environmental waste).

Fine Art prints are created using GREENGUARD Gold certified ink.

Returns & Refunds

How long do I have to return an item?

A claim needs to be submitted within 3 weeks of the item being received to be elligible for a refund. Please submit a claim by filling out the Contact Us form with your name and order number, reason for the return, and any additional information and we will look into it for you.

Refunds will not be given for stickers. If your stickers arrive damaged or faulty please Contact Us for an exchange.

My order may have been lost in the mail.

Please submit a claim within 3 weeks of the estimated delivery date to receive a refund/new item at no additional cost to you. You can submit a claim here: Contact Us with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Please send me a photo along with the product information and shipping address to receive a replacement. Fill out the Contact Us form for assistance within 21 days of receiving the product.
